感謝您預約 O.N.E. 零一之零 的一對一聲音體驗。

為維護每一位預約者的體驗品質，並妥善安排場地與服務時間，完成預約及付款前，請詳閱以下預約、取消、改期與退款政策。

1. 預約成立

完成預約及付款後，O.N.E. 將依雙方確認之日期與時間保留專屬服務時段。

如有任何預約資訊需要確認，我們將透過您於預約時所提供的聯絡方式與您聯繫。

2. 取消與退款

預約日期 7 日前（含第 7 日）提出取消：
可申請取消及退款。若付款平台、信用卡公司或第三方金流機構產生無法退還之必要手續費，將依實際發生情況處理。

距預約日期未滿 7 日：
原則上不接受取消退款，可依下方規定申請 改期一次。

距預約時間 48 小時內取消或當日未到：
原則上視同該次預約已使用，不提供退款或改期。

如遇重大疾病、事故、天然災害或其他不可預見之特殊情況，請儘速與 O.N.E. 聯繫，我們將依個別情況協議處理。

3. 改期規定

每筆預約僅提供 一次改期。

改期後的新日期，原則上須安排於原預約日起一個月內；如因重大特殊原因無法於一個月內完成，得與 O.N.E. 另行協議。

預約一經改期確認，即不再接受取消、退款或再次改期。

因此，提出改期前，請確認新的預約日期與時間可以配合。

4. 遲到

若因個人因素遲到，服務原則上仍依原預約的結束時間結束，以避免影響後續預約。

若預期可能遲到，請儘早與我們聯繫。

5. O.N.E. 取消或改期

若因 O.N.E. 之因素無法依原訂時間提供服務，我們將主動聯繫您，您可選擇：

免費改期，或全額退款。

此類由 O.N.E. 發起的改期，不計入客人原有的一次改期權益。

6. 法定權利

本政策依實際提供之服務內容及適用法令辦理。本政策不影響消費者依法享有且不得以契約排除之權利。

如本政策任何內容與適用法令之強制規定有所牴觸，以相關法令規定為準。

Thank you for booking a private session with O.N.E. 零一之零.

To ensure that each guest receives a thoughtfully prepared experience and that sufficient time is reserved for every session, please review the following booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy before completing your reservation and payment.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed once the booking and payment have been completed and the session date and time have been confirmed.

O.N.E. will reserve the agreed time exclusively for your session.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation made 7 days or more before the scheduled session:
You may request a cancellation and refund. Any unavoidable, non-refundable payment processing fees charged by payment platforms, credit card companies, or third-party payment providers may be handled according to the actual costs incurred.

Cancellation made less than 7 days before the scheduled session:
Refunds are generally not available. You may request one rescheduling subject to the terms below.

Cancellation within 48 hours of the session or failure to attend:
The session will generally be considered used and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

In the event of serious illness, accident, natural disaster, or another unforeseen exceptional circumstance, please contact O.N.E. as soon as possible. Such situations may be handled individually by mutual agreement.

3. Rescheduling

Each booking may be rescheduled once only.

The new appointment should generally take place within one month of the original appointment date. If exceptional circumstances make this impossible, alternative arrangements may be discussed with O.N.E.

Once the rescheduled date and time have been confirmed, no further cancellation, refund, or rescheduling will be accepted.

Please therefore make sure that you are able to attend the new appointment before confirming the change.

4. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for personal reasons, the session will generally still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.

Please contact us as early as possible if you expect to be late.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by O.N.E.

If O.N.E. is unable to provide the service at the originally scheduled time, we will contact you and offer the choice of:

a complimentary rescheduling or a full refund.

A schedule change initiated by O.N.E. will not count toward your one-time rescheduling allowance.

6. Statutory Rights

This policy is subject to the nature of the service provided and applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded by agreement.

Where any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail.

O.N.E. 零一之零 のプライベートセッションをご予約いただき、ありがとうございます。

お一人おひとりのために十分な時間を確保し、心地よい体験をご提供するため、ご予約・お支払いの前に、以下のキャンセル・日程変更・返金ポリシーをご確認ください。

1. ご予約の確定

ご予約およびお支払いが完了し、日時が確定した時点で予約成立となります。

確定した時間は、お客様のセッションのために確保いたします。

2. キャンセル・返金

ご予約日の7日前までのキャンセル：
キャンセルおよび返金をお申し込みいただけます。決済サービス、クレジットカード会社、その他第三者決済機関により返金できない必要な手数料が発生した場合は、実際に発生した費用に応じて対応いたします。

ご予約日まで7日未満の場合：
原則として返金は承っておりません。以下の条件に基づき、1回のみ日程変更をお申し込みいただけます。

ご予約時間の48時間以内のキャンセル、または当日の無断キャンセル：
原則としてセッションを利用済みとして扱い、返金および日程変更は承っておりません。

重篤な疾病、事故、自然災害、その他予期できない特別な事情がある場合は、できるだけ早く O.N.E. までご連絡ください。状況に応じて個別にご相談させていただきます。

3. 日程変更

日程変更は、1回のご予約につき1回のみ承ります。

変更後のご予約日は、原則として当初のご予約日から1か月以内に設定してください。特別な事情により1か月以内のご予約が困難な場合は、O.N.E. と別途ご相談いただけます。

変更後の日時が確定した後は、キャンセル、返金、再度の日程変更は承っておりません。

変更を確定される前に、新しい日時にご参加いただけることをご確認ください。

4. 遅刻について

お客様のご都合により遅刻された場合、次のお客様への影響を避けるため、原則として当初予定していた終了時間までのセッションとなります。

遅れる可能性がある場合は、できるだけ早くご連絡ください。

5. O.N.E. によるキャンセル・日程変更

O.N.E. の都合により予定された日時にサービスをご提供できない場合は、こちらからご連絡し、

無料での日程変更、または全額返金

のいずれかをお選びいただけます。

O.N.E. 側の事情による日程変更は、お客様の「1回のみの日程変更」には含まれません。

6. 法令上の権利

本ポリシーは、実際に提供されるサービスの内容および適用される法令に従うものとします。

本ポリシーは、法令上排除または制限することのできない消費者の権利を制限するものではありません。本ポリシーと適用される強行法規が抵触する場合は、当該法令が優先されます。
